The app is intended to let a user create one AI voice clone of themselves for use within the app’s features. Ghost of You is not intended to let users create voice clones of other people.This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the Ghost of You mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.1. 3. Voice Profile Creation and User Responsibility
Ghost of You allows a user to create one AI voice profile intended to represent that user’s own voice.You may only submit audio that you have the right to provide. You may not use the Services to submit another person’s voice, create a voice profile for another person, or otherwise use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.We may suspend, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.4. How We Share InformationWe may share information in the following circumstances:a. Service ProvidersWe may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as:cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

analytics, logging, and diagnostics providers

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process deletion requests in accordance with our systems and provider capabilities.9. ChildrenGhost of You is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.10. SecurityWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.11.
