send service-related, support-related, or safety-related communications,

Voice Profile Creation and User ResponsibilityGhost of You allows a user to create an AI voice profile intended to represent that user’s own voice.You may only submit audio that you have the right to provide. You may not use the Services to submit another person’s voice, create a voice profile for another person, impersonate another person, or otherwise use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.We may suspend, restrict, disable, or remove content, voice profiles, ghost access, or accounts that violate these rules or create safety, abuse, security, or legal concerns.4. Safety, Reports, and ModerationGhost of You may collect and use safety-related information to help protect users and enforce our Terms of Service.This may include reports submitted by users, report categories, optional notes, reporter and reported-user identifiers, timestamps, friendship or access status, block status, account restriction records, and other information reasonably related to investigating abuse, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Services.We may use this information to:review reports,
investigate potential violations,
prevent abuse or unauthorized access,
enforce our Terms of Service,
restrict or disable access to certain features,
disable ghost availability or voice clone access,

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process deletion requests in accordance with our systems, provider capabilities, applicable law, and our disclosed practices.10. ChildrenGhost of You is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.11. SecurityWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.12.
